Russell + Sarah
classic southern love story
Sarah and Russell’s wedding day was one of those days that just felt good from start to finish—the kind where you can’t help but notice how genuine they are and how deeply in love they’ve always been. From their high school sweetheart beginnings to saying their vows beneath the sweeping oak trees at The Reed House at Live Oaks, their story felt steady, sincere, and full of heart. The Reed House was the perfect backdrop, with its timeless Southern charm and those massive, beautiful oak trees creating a setting that felt both romantic and welcoming...elegant, but never stuffy.
Every detail of the day was thoughtfully and beautifully planned by Lauren Messina with LGM Weddings, which allowed everything to flow effortlessly and let Sarah and Russell truly enjoy every moment. Freshcut’s florals were stunning, lush, refined, and the perfect complement to the natural beauty of the venue. But just as memorable as the design were the people: the sweetest families, so supportive and full of love, and a room full of guests who were clearly there to celebrate these two in the biggest way.
By the end of the night, the reception was pure joy. Lots of laughter, full dance floors, and the kind of fun that happens when everyone is genuinely happy for the couple at the center of it all. Sarah and Russell’s wedding day was not only beautiful, but deeply meaningful—a true reflection of who they are and the life they’re building together.
